Fix translation for notifications and for controller settings

Changed the names of the keyboard and controller settings to just "keyboard"/"controller" in swedish. The correct term is "Inställningar för ..."/"Settings for ..." in english, but that just looks weird.
Also included the use of "Aviseringar" for notifications, which was corrected in a comment.
