...
The Queen's health and death syncs between clients, player deaths sync, metroids disappear if they are in the same room as another player when the metroid dies, array syncing is vastly improved and should be 100% accurate, and half of the rooms leading up to the queen will unlock the doors if another player kills the last metroid while all players are in the same room.

The syncing may still break if one player loads a save while the other is playing, and this has not been tested with more than two clients at once
